Jennifer Coa is a licensed Realtor in MA & NH and CEO of the Coa Realty Group. She is the Listing and Rental specialist. Jennifer holds an Accredited Residential Managers designation through the Institute of Real Estate Management, is a Notary Public in the state of NH and serves on the board of the NAHREP Boston Chapter. She has over 13 years in property management and is fluent in English and Spanish.

Moises Coa

OWNER / REALTOR®

Moises Coa is a licensed Realtor in MA and COO of the Coa Realty Group. He is also the Buyer agent Team leader and specializes in training agents in all residential, commercial and investment transactions. Moises holds a Bachelor’s degree in Criminal Justice from the Salem University and proud member of the Business Networking International group. Moises is fluent in English and Spanish.

Paul Fitzpatrick

Paul Fitzpatrick is the Inbound/Outbound Sales Manager. He is responsible for handling inbound and outbound sales calls to and from customers. He ensures customer retention and satisfaction by providing helpful solutions to their real estate needs.

Idania communicates with agents and clients to ensure appointments are agreed upon, access to homes is available and reminders are sent in a timely manner.

Darialys Marrero

Darialys Marrero is a Transaction Coordinator for the Coa Realty Group. She manages contracts and communications throughout the selling and buying process. Darialys is responsible for completing escrow paperwork, scheduling repairs and inspections and making sure offers and counter offers are approved. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
